SocialThunk is a web-based application that allows users to create, edit, and export social media graphics and images. The Service provides tools for designing visual content including text, icons, images, and various design elements.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialThunk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
